Alvin Yeung

Alvin obtained his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong, and before that he received a Master of Arts (Legal Studies) from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom, a Master of Laws (Constitutional and Administrative Law) from the Peking University in China, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
