Jason was called to the Bar in 2024. He served pupillage with Mr. Franco Kuan, Mr. Robin Egerton, Mr. Lincoln Cheung, Mr. Edwin Choy SC, Mr. Anthony Chan SC and Mr Jeffrey Tam. He was previously marshal to the Hon. Mr Justice Godfrey Lam, Hon. Mr Justice Russell A Coleman, Mr. Law Tak-chuen Peter.
梁晉嘉大律師師承關百安大律師，艾家敦大律師，張靈勤大律師，蔡維邦資深大律師，陳浩棋資深大律師及譚俊傑大律師。梁大律師亦曾先後跟隨高等法院上訴庭林雲浩法官, 高等法院原訟法庭高浩文法官以及羅德泉前主任裁判官實習。在取得大律師資格後，他便加入駱應淦御用資深大律師辦事處。
Jason is now developing a broad criminal and civil practice, with a predominant interest in matrimonial law. In criminal areas, Jason assisted barristers in handling a wide spectrum of cases across all levels of courts, ranging from commercial crime cases, money laundering, dangerous drugs, disclosing personal data without consent, theft and traffic offences, to serious crimes such as buggery, gross negligence manslaughter, rape and public order offences. He also assisted the next of kin in the Death Inquest of the 2012 Ferry Collision Disaster.
梁大律師現時正在發展廣泛的刑事及民事業務, 尤其婚姻法。在刑事領域，梁大律師協助律師處理各級法院的廣泛案件，涵蓋商業案件、洗錢、危險藥物、未經同意披露個人數據、盜竊和交通違法行為，以及嚴重犯罪，如雞姦、嚴重過失殺人、強姦和公共秩序犯罪。他在2012南亞海難的死因研訊亦為遇難者家屬提供協助。
With a rich interest and enthusiasm in family law, he gained a wide exposure over matrimonial matters, such as ancillary relief cases, divorce arrangements, family mediation and ADR, maintenance pending suit, children arrangements.

In civil areas, he assisted barristers in dealing with a diverse spectrum of civil cases such as unfair prejudice and double derivative action, land and probate, contract, interlocutory applications, company shareholder disputes, water seepage and personal injury case.

Jason read law in the United Kingdom, where he graduated with a First Class Honours in LLB (Honours) (Top 1%). He scored amongst the top of his cohort in Family Law, Evidence, Criminology and Criminal Justice and Environmental Law. In between, he also gained a First Class Honours during his exchange year at the University of Hong Kong in 2020.
梁大律師展開大律師實習前，在英國修讀法律，並獲得法律學士（榮譽）一級榮譽學位（名列前1%）。在家庭法、證據法、犯罪學、刑事司法和環境法等課程中，他的成績位於同屆學生的前3。期間，他在2020年作為香港大學法律系交換生也取得了一級榮譽。
After completing his PCLL at the University of Hong Kong in 2022, he then obtained a LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2023.
他完成修讀香港大學的法學專業證書 (PCLL) 後，於翌年獲得倫敦政治經濟學院的法學碩士 (LLM) 學位。
