Profile
Mr. Derek Hu was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2009 and has maintained a predominantly civil practice. He has appeared at all levels of the Hong Kong courts, including the Court of Final Appeal, both as sole advocate and as junior counsel, handling interlocutory applications, trials and appeals.
Mr. Hu is regularly instructed in complex commercial and property disputes, and also acts in probate, trust, and company matters. He frequently represents parties in mediation and is experienced both as counsel and as a mediator in resolving disputes.
