Yuan is developing a broad practice and accepts instructions across all areas of Chambers’ work, with a particular interest in civil and commercial litigation. Yuan has appeared in English and Chinese hearings both as sole advocate and as junior counsel, where she has been involved in cases concerning company law, securities law, insolvency/bankruptcy, insurance law and criminal law. She has experiences assisting listed companies in various matters, particularly those arising under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571), and has also worked with law firms and courts in the Greater Bay Area for cases with cross-border elements. Yuan is now actively cultivating her practice to include international arbitration.
In 2024, Yuan was appointed as Legal Consultant with the Secretariat at the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) in Rome, Italy, where she contributed to the UNIDROIT’s legislative projects, including the development of the Best Practices for Effective Enforcement.
Yuan is native in Putonghua, and proficient in English and Cantonese.
何大律師正積極發展執業範圍，受理各專業範疇的委聘，並著重於各類民商事案件。她曾處理涉及公司法、證券法、公司清盤/破產、保險法及刑事訴訟等領域的案件，並代表客戶以獨任大律師及協助資深大律師身份在香港各級法庭出庭。此外，何大律師具備協助上市公司處理涉及《香港聯交所上市規則》及《證券及期貨條例》（第571章）所引起事宜的相關經驗，並曾協助大灣區律法院及律所處理涉及跨境元素的案件。何大律師亦在積極拓展國際仲裁工作。於2024年，何大律師獲中國外交部特派公署及香港律政司推薦，獲委任為羅馬國際統一私法協會(UNIDROIT)秘書處法律專員，期間參與協會多項就國際私法領域的立法研究工作，其中包括國際跨境執行最佳實踐準則的制定。
