PROFILE 簡歷:
Shane joined Chambers in 2024 after completing her pupilage with Mr. Franco Kuan, Mr. Benson Tsoi (now Mr. Benson Tsoi SC) and Mr. Valentine Yim. Besides practicing as barrister in Hong Kong, she has also obtained the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification of Mainland China.
鍾嘉賢大律師於2024年加入駱應淦御用資深大律師辦事處。此前，她先後跟隨關百安大律師，蔡一鳴大律師(現為資深大律師)及嚴斯泰大律師進行實習。作為香港執業大律師的同時，她亦擁有內地的國家統一法律職業資格。
Prior to being called to the bar, Shane gained valuable experience as a Solicitor, honing her skills in criminal, commercial and general civil litigation. Her experience in criminal litigation includes attending investigations of various authorities with clients such as the Hong Kong Police Force, Immigration Department, ICAC and SFC. She has also handled enquires from the SFC and HKEx. In commercial litigation, Shane is well-versed in handling shareholders’ disputes, winding-up matters (including the appointment of provisional liquidators and liquidators), as well as applying for injunctions to preserve company assets. In general civil litigation, Shane has successfully assisted corporate and individual clients from various jurisdictions in recovering losses from online fraud.
在成為大律師之前，鍾大律師是一名香港執業事務律師。期間，她在刑事、商事及一般民事訴訟領域積累了寶貴的經驗亦磨練了專業技能。在刑事訴訟方面，鍾大律師有陪同客戶協助/接受警方、入境事務處、廉政公署和證監會等機構調查的經驗。她亦處理過證監會及港交所詢問。在商事訴訟方面，鍾大律師熟悉股東糾紛、公司清盤(包括委任臨時清盤人及清盤人)及申請禁制令以保護公司資產的事宜。在一般民事訴訟方面，鍾大律師曾成功協助來自不同司法管轄區的公司及個人客戶追回因網上騙案遭受到的損失。
Shane is now developing a broad criminal and civil practice. She has been led as junior counsel for both traditional and white-collar crime cases at the High Court and District Court levels. She has also acted as sole advocate at the Magistrates’ Courts and at the District Court for criminal and civil cases.
鍾大律師現時正在發展廣泛的刑事及民事業務。她正作為領訟大律師的副手處理在高等法院及區域法院的傳統和白領犯罪案件。她亦曾在裁判法院及區域法院獨自處理刑事及民事案件。
Shane accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She is a native speaker of both Cantonese and Mandarin and fluent in English. She is able to fully apply her deep understanding in the law and culture of Mainland China and cross-cultural consultation to case handling.
鍾大律師接受各類型事務的委託。她能流暢使用粵語、普通話及英語進行深入溝通及工作。她亦能將對跨文化磋商和內地文化及法律的理解充分應用到案件處理中。
