Annie was called to the Bar in 2011. She is a dedicated civil and criminal practitioner who frequently appears in all levels of courts and tribunals in Hong Kong as well as professional disciplinary panels.
卜大律師於2011年獲得大律師執業資格，她是一位專業的民事和刑事訴訟大律師，經常在香港各級法院和審裁處以及專業紀律委員會出庭。
She is experienced in conducting Chinese and English trials for the Prosecution and Defence in the criminal court. She also attends legal visits and conducts bail applications and mitigation regularly. She is on the panel of Legal Aid, Duty Lawyer and Fiat counsel.
Annie has a strong civil practice in contractual and commercial disputes, covering bankruptcy, company, land, probate, trust, employment, personal injuries claims and matrimonial matters.
她經驗豐富，擅長在刑事法庭為控辯雙方進行中英文訟辯，並定期進行法律訪問、處理保釋申請和減刑程序。她是法律援助、當值律師和外判大律師名冊上的執業大律師，並在民事和商業糾紛領域擁有豐富的執業經驗，涵蓋破產法、公司法、土地糾紛、遺產糾紛、信託法、合同法、人身傷亡索賠和婚姻訴訟。
She is also a certified general mediator since 2013 and a certified family mediator since 2016. She was admitted as a Fellow to Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators in 2015.
Out of interest in education and concerns to keep updating professional knowledge, Annie is taking part in teaching the P.C.L.L course in Hong Kong University as part-time lecturer from 2019. She has also been one of the trainers of the Core Advocacy Course of Hong Kong Bar Association since 2018.
她亦自2013年起成為認證綜合調解員，並自2016年起成為認證家事調解員。她於2015年獲認可成為香港仲裁司學會會員。
出於對教學的興趣及持續更新專業知識的考慮，卜大律師自2019年起擔任香港大學法學專業證書課程的兼職講師。她亦自2018年起擔任香港大律師公會核心訟辯課程的培訓師之一。
