Practice Areas
Rachel maintains a broad criminal practice, prosecuting and defending at both trial and appellate levels. She regularly appears as led junior and as sole advocate in serious and complex cases, ranging from hardcore offences such as assault, robbery, and sexual offences to sophisticated financial and economic crimes including commercial fraud, corruption, money laundering, and proceeds of crime matters. Her practice also encompasses a wide spectrum of general and quasi-criminal proceedings, including road traffic offences and departmental summonses.
