Garris was called to the Bar in 2024 following the completion of his pupillage with Mr Tony Li SC, Mr Albert Yau, Mr Alfred Cheng, Ms Manyi Tsang and Mr Derek Hu.
Garris graduated from the University of Hong Kong, where he obtained his LLB and PCLL. He also holds a Master of Laws in Human Rights Law (Distinction) from the University College London.
Garris is developing a broad civil and criminal practice. He accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ practice.
