Andy’s major area of practice is criminal law, he has experience in handling criminal cases involving sexual offence, money laundering offence, corruption offence, drug-related offence, offence of dishonesty, immigration offence, public order offence, road traffic offence, offence under the Offences against the Person Ordinance, offence under the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, offence under the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, offence under the Housing Ordinance, and offence under the Hospital Authority Bylaws.
陳大律師的主要執業範疇為刑事法。陳大律師曾處理的刑事案件，包括性罪行案件、清洗黑錢案件、貪污案件、毒品案件、與不誠實相關罪行的案件、入境罪行的案件、公眾秩序案件、交通案件、《人身侵害條例》下相關的刑事案件、《應課稅品條例》下相關的刑事案件 、《僱員補償條例》下相關的刑事案件、《房屋條例》下相關的刑事案件及《醫院管理局附例》下相關的刑事案件。
Besides, Andy is also developing a general civil practice, with a focus on commercial disputes, construction law, and personal injury matter. Andy has advised in fatal accident claim and employment law matter. Andy has experience in handling arbitration case. He also has experience in handling appeal case in the statutory body regarding the appeal against disciplinary decision.
除此以外，陳大律師亦正在發展一般民事法的執業，特別是商業糾紛、建築法及人身傷亡事宜。陳大律師曾就致命意外申索及僱傭法事宜提供法律意見。陳大律師亦有處理仲裁案件的經驗，他亦有處理於法定組織上訴紀律懲處決定的上訴案件的經驗。

- 香港特別行政區 訴 孔祥威 [2023] HKDC 1725
- Appeared for the Defendant, who was charged with four counts of fraud, two counts of agent using document with intent to deceive his principal, and two counts of conspiracy for agent to use document with intent to deceive his principal, as sole advocate in the Plea and Sentence hearings.

- Appeared for the Defendant, who was charged with four counts of assaulting a police officer in the due execution of his duty and one count of escape from lawful custody, with Mr. Joe Chan and Mr. Schweitzer Wong in the trial. The Defendant was acquitted of all charges.

- Appeared for the Plaintiff as sole advocate and successfully applied for the Norwich Pharmacal Order and the gagging order in District Court.
- Appeared for the Appellant to appeal against the decision of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority in the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Appeal Board under section 35(1) of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance.
