Eric served pupillage with Mr. Edwin Choy SC, Mr. Randy Shek, Mr. Paul Yip, and Mr. Herbert Leung. He then served extended pupillage with Mrs. Lisa Remedios and Mr. Marco Li. He was called to the Bar in 2019.
温家榮大律師在刑事法方面師承蔡維邦資深大律師、石書銘大律師、葉成林大律師、吳維敏大律師及李國威大律師，在民事法方面則師承梁耀輝大律師。在取得大律師資格後，他便加入駱應淦御用資深大律師辦事處。
Eric is a criminal practitioner who is experienced in protecting the rights of his clients starting from police stations or other law enforcement departments. In terms of pretrial work, he always adopts a practical approach in advising clients so as to avoid criminal trials. In appropriate cases, he drafts letters of practical proposals to the Prosecution.
温大律師專注於刑事訴訟，常赴各區警署或其他執法機構會見剛被捕的當事人，給予及時的法律意見，以免彼等因不諳刑事程序及自身權益而泥足深陷。對於已落案起訴的案件，温大律師會因應案件性質及證據強弱，與當事人探討是否向律政司作出務實建議，例如簽保守行為或認罪協商。
For the past years, Eric has handled a wide range of criminal cases at various levels of courts, involving money laundering, corruption, fraud, triads, dangerous drugs, dangerous/careless driving, public order, copyright infringement, forgery, criminal intimidation, violence and sexual acts and various immigration offences.
執業至今，温大律師曾代表當事人於高等法院上訴庭、原訟庭、區域法院及各區裁判法院出庭應訊，曾處理的案件涉及洗黑錢、貪污、詐騙、三合會、毒品、人身傷害、刑事恐嚇、公眾秩序、侵犯知識產權、虛假文書、入境罪行、交通罪行及與風化及個人私隱相關的罪行。

Court of Appeal
HKSAR v Wong Shuk Chun and Another (Fraud) (CACC 14/2020)– led by Mr. Edwin Choy SC to represent the 1st Appellant, who was alleged to have defrauded the Government for housing allowances. Appeal against conviction allowed, with costs awarded to the 1st Appellant.
Court of First Instance
HKSAR v Yeung Tsun Ho (Money laundering) (HCMA 55/2024) – as sole advocate for the Appellant, who was alleged to have made use of his bank account and HKJC account for money laundering activities over a long period of time. Appeal against conviction allowed, with costs awarded to the Appellant.
District Court
HKSAR v Cheung Ho Fai and Others (Conspiracy to participate in a riot) (DCCC 908, 918/2019) – led by Mr. Marco Li to represent D1, who was alleged to have prepared and stored petrol bombs for protests. Acquitted.
HKSAR v Yu Tak Wing and Others (Riot) (DCCC12/2020) – led by Mr. Marco Li to represent D7 and D8, who were alleged to have participated in a riot near Wanchai on 31 August 2019. Acquitted.
Magistrates’ Courts
HKSAR v Hui Yui Yu (Obstructing police officers) (STCC 3744/2019) – as sole advocate for the Defendant who was alleged to have obstructed the Police’s action to arrest protesters at Shatin New Town Plaza. Acquitted.
HKSAR v Lau Tsz Lun (Possession of offensive weapons) (WKCC 4542/2020) – as sole advocate for the Defendant who was alleged to have possessed knives near a public assembly with intent to injure others. Acquitted.
HKSAR v Wan Sau Kwan (Attempted arson, assaulting police officers) (ESCC 1979/2021) – as sole advocate for the Defendant who was alleged to have ignited inflammable liquid near the Government House and attacked the arresting officer. Acquitted of both charges.
HKSAR v Leung Hon Sing (Indecent assault and common assault) (KCCC 2861/2020) – led by Mr. Edwin Choy SC for the Defendant. Acquitted of both charges.
Lam Ching Sheung v Ching Lin Cheun (Theft) (STS 5870/2021) – led by Mr. Edwin Choy SC to prosecute a property developer by way of private prosecution.
