Eric Wan

Eric served pupillage with Mr. Edwin Choy SC, Mr. Randy Shek, Mr. Paul Yip, and Mr. Herbert Leung. He then served extended pupillage with Mrs. Lisa Remedios and Mr. Marco Li.

Eric’s practice is predominantly on the criminal side. Having attended nearly a hundred legal visits, he is experienced in protecting the rights of arrested persons in police stations and other law enforcement departments.

In terms of pre-trial work, he always adopts a practical approach in advising clients so as to avoid criminal trials. In appropriate cases, he drafts letters of fair proposals to the prosecution.

In more serious cases (include money laundering, fraud, triad-related offences, public order, immigration, violent and sexual offences), Eric has appeared in his own right or as a led junior in the High Court, the District Court and the Magistrates’ Courts.
