PROFILE:
Kate joined Chambers upon completion of her pupillage with Mr. Charles J Chan, Mr. Victor Gidwani, Mr. Kenneth Lee, Mr. Franco Kuan and Mr. Edwin Choy SC.
Kate is developing a broad criminal and civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She has experience in handling criminal trials in all levels of court and criminal appeals in the Court of First Instance and the Court of Final Appeal. She is capable of delivering written and oral advocacy in both English and Chinese.
