Notable Cases and Experiences
HCA 2442/2024 Chan Ci Ka Cindy v Edward C T Wong & Co (黃熾棠律師行) (A Firm) [2025] 3 HKC 847 – represented the Plaintiff and successful obtained an interlocutory injunction restraining a solicitors’ firm from representing a client due to conflict of interest and the risk of misuse of confidential information.
DCMP 2981/2024 Chu Yung – represented the Plaintiff in a fraud case. Cured the Plaintiff’s original proprietary claim by introducing personal claims by way of amendment. The court held that D2 (the 2nd tier recipient) was personally liable for all the amount he had received.
HCCI 1/2023 Estate of Lau Yuk Chun (Deceased) – represented the Citor in citation proceedings to invalidate a purported informal Chinese Will, resulting in the letters of administration is granted to the Citor.
HCEA 81/2023 Estate of Lee Yuen Ning Grace – successfully admitted a copy of the will in an ex-parte application.

DCMP 2981/2024 Chu Yung – 在一宗詐騙案中代表原告人。透過修訂申索陳述書，從而補救了原告人原本的所有權申索（proprietary claim）。法庭裁定第二被告人（即第二層資金接收者）須就其收到的所有款項承擔個人法律責任。
HCCI 1/2023 Estate of Lau Yuk Chun (Deceased) – 在傳喚程序（citation proceedings）中代表傳喚人（Citor），成功宣告一份聲稱的非正式中文遺囑無效，最終使傳喚人獲發遺產管理書。
HCEA 81/2023 Estate of Lee Yuen Ning Grace – 在單方面申請（ex-parte application）中，成功使法庭接納一份遺囑的副本辦理證明。
