Paul was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1985 and the Hong Kong Bar in 1986. He has been a Crown Counsel/Senior Crown Counsel for 9 years with the Prosecutions Division of the then Attorney General’s Chambers (Now Department of Justice). He commenced private practise in 1994 specialising in criminal matters at courts of all levels.
Paul is one of the legal advisers to the Hong Kong Chinese Civil servants’ Association.
