Rosa has been practising as a barrister-at-law since 2018.
Rosa practises in both civil and criminal law. She has appeared, either as a sole advocate or a led junior, in the Court of Appeal, the Court of First Instance, the District Court, the Family Court, the Lands Tribunal and the Magistrates’ Courts.
Rosa has been instructed to handle a wide range of civil cases including personal injury claims, employees’ compensation cases, probate cases, matrimonial cases, land and property disputes and contractual disputes etc. She has experience in handling various interlocutory applications, trials and appeals as well as drafting pleadings and other documents in various civil cases.
In addition to her civil work, Rosa also has handled a wide range of criminal matters including offences involving violence, dangerous drugs offences, forgery, fraud and bribery, misconduct in public office, criminal intimidation, immigration offences and various road traffic offences etc. Rosa also regularly prosecutes on fiat for the Department of Justice.
曾大律師於 2018 年起執業為大律師，並於民事法及刑事法的範疇上執業。
曾大律師曾單獨或被其他大律師帶領處理過上訴法庭、原訟法庭、區域法院、家事法庭、土地審裁處及各裁判法院的案件。
曾大律師曾被委託處理廣泛種類的民事案件。當中包括人身傷亡索償案件、僱員補償案件、有關遺囑的案件、有關婚姻爭議的案件、有關土地及財產爭議的案件和有關合約糾紛的案件等。曾大律師在處理各類的非正審申請、審訊、上訴、以至在不同的民事案件中撰寫狀書及文件都富有經驗。
除了民事案件以外，曾大律師亦有處理不少刑事案件的經驗，當中包括牽涉暴力的罪行、毒品罪行、偽造、欺詐及貪污、公職人員行為失當、刑事恐嚇、入境條例下的罪行及各類道路相關的交通罪行等。同時，曾大律師亦會定期作為外聘主控，協助律政司檢控不同的刑事案件。
