Oscar joined Chambers after completing pupillage with Mr Joe Chan, Mr Edwin Choy S.C., Mr Jeffrey Tam and Mr Ken To.
Oscar is developing a broad mixed practice across all practice areas and had appeared in all levels of first instance courts in his own right. He had, both as led junior and sole advocate, handled numerous types of criminal cases, including dangerous drugs offences, offences of dishonesty, financial regulatory offences, homicide and assault offences, public order offences, sexual offences, traffic offences, and others. On the civil side, he had handled and advised on wide range of matters including adverse possession, bankruptcy and companies matters, contractual and commercial disputes, defamation, disciplinary procedures, enforcement of judgment, election petition, fraud, inland revenue matters, judicial review, tort and personal injuries, and trust and probate matters. Oscar is proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and is able to draft documents and conduct hearings and trials in Chinese. Oscar accepts instructions in all areas of work, both advocacy and advisory.
